Locally owned by Deaconess Long Term Care, Inc., Scarlet Oaks is a facility rich in tradition that has been a part of the Clifton community since 1908. Residents relax in the quiet charm of Clifton and enjoy being part of a vibrant community of friends. They marvel at our historic setting. Built in 1867, the Mansion is the focal point and crown jewel of the campus. This piece of Cincinnati history provides a beautiful spot for chapel services, concerts, social gatherings, and educational programs.

But the heart of Scarlet Oaks is our superior level of support and care. From the private accommodations of our independent and assisted living apartments to the nursing care provided in the Scarlet Oaks Health Center, we offer residents access to a complete continuum of retirement living options.

Our apartment complex, features a variety of floor plans for independent and assisted living, and offers modern comforts with spectacular views of our campus. Adjoining is the Rehabilitation Unit and Health Care Center, configured of 62 private accommodations and 4 semi-private rooms. Skilled nursing services are provided and paid through private funding, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice and Humana.
